The Entity
What happens to a band when one evil spirit enters the system and begins to take over group one by one?
A dark show written for winds and front ensemble. The lone entity invades the band and eventually takes over the entire ensemble. Does the band have the inner strength to evict the entity in the end? That will be up to your designers and staff!
This work relies heavily on the front ensemble, utilizing plenty of electronics along with a screaming guitar solo and dubstep section in the 3rd movement. Lots of room for character developments and dance movement. This one is edgy!
The Entity was a consistent winner on the Texas USSBA circuit in 2012, make it a winner for your group too!
